Where We Ship

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

Canada: 5–10 business days via Canada Post. United States: 7–15 business days via Canada Post / USPS.

These are estimates — actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders across Canada and the United States. No minimum order required.

Duties and Taxes

Canada: Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout if applicable. United States: Orders under $800 USD enter duty-free under the US de minimis threshold. No surprise customs fees at delivery.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us through our contact form.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If you still can't locate it, contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
